Acacia Villa Vacation Rental Rates & Reservations
Rates – Acacia Villa Vacation Rental
The vacation rental rates are in US dollars for 1 to 4 persons per week (7 nights). Five night minimum stay.
High Season WINTER - December 15 through April 30:
1-2 persons - $2,674 per week - additional nights $382
3-4 persons - $2,940 per week - additional nights $420
Low Season SUMMER - May 1 through December 14:
1-2 persons - $2,149 per week - additional nights $307
3-4 persons - $2,366 per week - additional nights $338
An 11% government tax is added to the villa rental. The additional 10% service charge added to resort and hotel stays in the Turks and Caicos Islands is not charged on vacation villa rentals.
Air-conditioning is optional and metered for each bedroom - charged by the kilowatt hour.
Check-in time is 3:30 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early arrivals and later departures may be granted if possible.
