We would like to thank you for a superb time! Your villa offered a “home” like feeling. It is such an added bonus to have everything we need available upon arrival, it gave us the opportunity to focus on the other important things such as exploring the beauty of the island and relaxing. Your pool is such a plus ++ and the grill allowed us to dine with flavor. The satellite TV allowed in house entertainment.
Thank you for providing details on all that we may need from supplies to information. We will definitely be recommending your home to our friends and family.

We are so sad to be leaving our little “Paradise” on the island! It has far exceeded our expectations and we are so appreciative of the touches throughout the home that make it so special. Thank you again for the fabulous dinner at Coco Bistro - outstanding! The snorkel trip (thank you, thank you!) has us absolutely hooked on the world under the sea. It was spectacular!
Recommendations for future guests -
Restaurants: Dinner #1 Coco Bistro #2 Mango Reef - band is there Tuesday nights (maybe other nights as well) #3 Bella Luna - lunch Acacia Villa. We ate sandwiches for lunch, because it was cool and satisfying. Bought our groceries at Graceway Gourmet and IGA. IGA was less expensive, but they don’t charge the price on the shelf that’s listed, so beware! Our best meals overall were the ones my husband and I cooked ourselves (the grill is great) and enjoyed in our own tropical garden by torchlight. Sooo romantic!!
Excursions: The Atabeyra sunset cruise was very night - $35/pp, approx. 2 hours. Rum and “Virgin” rum punch, as well as snacks were served. Beautiful! Snorkeling with Big Blue was awesome! The reef is just incredible It started us snorkeling on Pelican beach and Malcolm beach. The rocks on these beaches are great places to see a variety of fish. Malcolm was my favorite place. This is were we renewed our vows.
If you are looking for a great photographer - Andy with Tropical (Brilliance) was so easy and fun to work with. We also went to North and Middle Caicos by ferry for the day. It was an adventure for sure but so worth it to see Mugjin Harbour. Breathtaking! That’s all I can say. We lost a $300 pair of glasses there. A family we met on the ferry found them and placed them on the “Praying Hands” and the owner of Blue Horizon Fed Exd them back to us! Awesome people. Oh - don’t miss the cave at Mudjin Harbour. When you follow the path to the top keep going to the other side. We didn’t know about it but saw pictures. Oh well, I could go on and on but we will miss our plane.

Thank you for an amazing stay at Acacia Villa! We could not have had a better time on our honeymoon here in Provo.
We toured around all of Provo from one end to the next. Thanks to you both we were also able to see the beautiful reefs. Big Blue was great.
Going to North and Middle Caicos was an experience in itself. It was like going on a safari with our Jeep we rented. The roads were rough and not labeled very well which made it fun! Our favorite spot Pelican Cay! Next time we are spending a whole day there.
We hope to come back to Acacia Villa with friends. Leeward area was the best place to stay after seeing the whole island and Acacia is so private and clean. Our favorite place to eat was Fresh Bakery. Great price and good food! Thank you for an amazing stay at your villa.

We cannot tell you enough how much all of us truly enjoyed your wonderful villa. You provided for everything and more! It is so peaceful and tranquill here. We are now planning our next trip for the coming year to Acacia Villa. Thank you for the insight on the most exciting snorkeling adventure with the Big Blue! Sorry to leave.

Wow, Wow, WOW!! What a fabulous nine days of beautiful weather, gorgeous water and beaches, delicious meals, fun excursions, wonderful memories, AND... absolutely superb accomendations at the Acacia! Here are some of our recommendations for your future guests: loved venturing to Sapodilla and Taylor Bays off Chalk Sound Dr, beautiful calm, uncrowded beaches. Take the drive the whole way up the drive and even scoot onto Silly Creek – all well worth it! Snorkeling at Smiths Reef – like we have read – in front of the beautiful house that is cream or yellow in Turtle Cove. It is a walk down the beach, but worth it. Fisheries was great – we got grouper – Sid was great! Bay Bistro, Coco Bistro, Baci Ristorante were our top three restaurants – sorry – Magnolia did not make our top three. Hey Jose, Flamingos, Da Conch Shack were our top three lunch stops. Tiki Hut was good too. Well worth the drive (very bumpy and long) to Amanyara! You were right – very expensive but just to experience the resort was worth it. Kayak here is a must – thank you. Sunsets are great right here in Leeward, Sunset Drive and Pelican Beach. Highly recommend the Big Blue snorkeling trip – best 1/2 day – thank you. Demetri was our guide and he was awesome! We had a wonderful, relaxing memorable time here in TCI and we cannot thank you enough for your beautiful villa!

Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome. It was our first time visiting the islands but certainly will not be our last! The villa was wonderful and felt like a real home from home. We are sorry to be leaving.

This was our first time visiting Turks and Caicos and our time here was even more special thanks to the two of you and the beautiful Acacia Villa. We spent so much of our time “at home” just lounging by the pool, swimming, grilling and enjoying each others company. We enjoyed all the comforts and privacy of being in a house. When we did venture out here are a few of our favorites: Taylor Bay – the water was amazing, there were only about 6 other people there. Big Blue – the kayaking tour was great and we also loved the Stand Up Paddleboards. Dinners – Coco Bistro, Lemon Cafe and our favorite Coyaba (very romantic and the wahoo was outstanding). We are going home with some beautiful memories of our honeymoon, awesome pictures and big smiles. Hoping to return some day!

We had a wonderful stay at your villa. TCI has been so much fun. We really enjoyed kayaking, relaxing by the pool and we caught up on some well needed rest in the comfortable rooms. We will miss this place and we hope to be back sometime soon! Thank you for generous hospitality.

What a fabulous villa! We are so impressed with your attention to every detail to make our vacation so enjoyable. TCI is certainly a great destination. We absolutely loved scuba diving with Big Blue. Coco Bistro was by far our favorite restaurant. We ate at Coyaba and we were disappointed. The food was only good and the staff do not seem to enjoy working there. At Coco Bistro not only was the food excellent but the staff enjoyed their work. The most enjoyable meal was the one we made ourselves. Went to fish docks and bought lobster tails and grouper. Grilled those up and sat on the patio with the tiki torches and pool light. Truly a wonderful evening with good friends, good food and beautiful surroundings.
Jeff and Rose – Louisville, Kentucky10 – 17 March 2011
It’s finally time to leave and we’re sad to go. Acacia Villa was the perfect house for our vacation. Our favourite beach, according to Jeff, was Taylor Bay. It was shallow and peaceful and had some snorkeling areas. I liked Grace Bay because of the beauty of the water, we spent most of our beach time there. We did venture out to Malcolms Beach, quite a trek out there – the road is pretty rough but it was a nice but small beach. We went to 3 restaurants for dinner. Anacaona, Grace’s Cottage and Coyoba. Our favourite was Coyoba, fantastic food and wonderful ambiance and really good service. Grace’s Cottage was also good. Highly recommend the TCI SNUBA experience at Windsong. We saw an eagle ray, octopus, a huge lobster and all sorts of fish. We also enjoyed the eco–tour with Big Blue and kayaks at the villa. Thanks for a wonderful week.
Cheryl and John – Rochester, New York2 – 9 March 2011
Thank you for your kind hospitality and all the comforts of home! After exploring TCI, we always looked forward to “coming home” to Acacia Villa. We are celebrating our “delayed honeymoon” and this is our first time visiting TCI – it won’t be the last and we are already planning on returning back next year. You’re impeccable hosts and we thank you for the kindness you showed us during our stay.
Tracy and Gary – Pennington, NJ21 – 28 February 2011
Our second visit to Turks & Caicos and our second stay at Acacia Villa. We are so very glad we came back to both! The weather has been perfect and as we remember, the villa is equally perfect. The design, the landscaping, the privacy & the amenities – all top notch! Thanks so much for thinking of everything to make our vacation a home away from home. We enjoyed great meals at: Coco Bistro – a great atmosphere in which to dine. Coyaba, Bella Luna and Caicos Cafe were all very enjoyable in their own way. Would have loved another visit to Caicos Cafe but alas the real world is calling and we must return. Great beach days at Turtle Cove and Taylor Bay – the latter of which is beautiful to see. Thanks so much and hope to see you again!
Sue and Mike – San Angelo, Texas8 – 20 February 2011
After five great years coming to the Acacia Villa what can we say! We really relaxed and enjoyed all the excellent restaurants, Coco Bistro again this year. We sure enjoyed our evening at Caicos Cafe with you two, you know how to spoil us. Enjoyed seeing the cats again. Thanks again for your hospitality and friendship. Looking forward to next year.
Victoria and Mike – Kitchener–Waterloo, Ontario, Canada21 – 28 January 2011
Villa Acacia has been a wonderful home–away from home for us. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful villa – it is so well appointed, you’ve thought of everything! Dining – we enjoyed all of our meals out – Yoshis, Coco Bistro and Bella Luna were all fantastic. I’d return to any of the three, though the service at Bella Luna was by far the best. Thank you for the vouchers to Big Blue – we enjoyed a wonderful kayak tour to Iguana Island despite some chilly, overcast weather. Had great service with Big Blue scuba. Our glow–worm tour on Atabeyra was well worth it – an amazing sight to see! We also had Spa Tropique come and provide massages by the pool – pure indulgence, and worth every cent! Your two magazines were a huge asset to us, enabling us to plan our time here in a way that let us enjoy everything TCI had to offer, based on the wonderful reviews.
Steve and Lavinnia – Vancouver, Canada8 – 19 January 2011
Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. The villa far exceeded my expectations and you truly have thought of everything. We are hesitant to try any other villa anywhere because you have set the standards so high. Our dinner at Coco Bistro was a lovely and scrumptous experience. It was a most generous and lovely surprise for us!
Vacation here was truly a healing and special way to celebrate our 20th anniversary, especially after recovering from a burst brain aneursym last May. We shall return home invigorated and relaxed. Thank heavens for the photos of which we can reminisce upon!
Doug and Joelle – Tulsa, OK14 – 21 November 2010
We have stayed all over this island. We have never felt like someone’s guest before. We always felt like renters who had to get out because we had to make room... I realize that at another time (during busy season) this might be the case about timing but not about the feeling.
We have become accustomed to carrying the necesary things to make our trips more comfortable with us. We only unpacked the Brita filter. Everything we needed was here. You really would not believe the villas and condos that begrudge you soap and toilet paper!
Thank you for the wine, beer, rum, water... We will be back!
Lori and Ron – Gap, PA12 – 20 September 2010
Thank you for everthing. You truly were great hosts. Your villa is truly a dream. A great place to spend our 25th anniversary. Your villa had everything and more! We did not need a thing. Your great attention to detail surely made our vacation a great experience. Your decor is great. Loved all the decorating you have done and the furniture is awesome.
The outside/poolside and gardens are magnificient. We enjoyed so much relaxation! The kayaks on the canal were great.
All of your suggestions for dining and things to do were spot on! We ate at Coco Bistro - awesome food and great service. Baci was nice. Pizza Pizza was great! The Graceway Gourmet - a nice place (found a little late or we would have indulged more). Lunch at the Tiki Hut also good. Hemingways for lunch, so so. Grace Bay Car Rental agency - wonderful people. We hope to return someday and bring our girls, they would love it.
Sue and Mike – San Angelo, TX9 – 20 February 2010
Rough start this year but everything worked out. The weather wasn’t very sunny but we still relaxed around the pool and enjoyed. Thank you again for the dinner at Coco Bistro. It was excellent. We really like the new Graceway Gourmet grocery store, Very convenient! This year we dicovered Fresh Bakery. Had lunch there and we purchased some of their pastries. Eveything was good! Looking forward to our next visit.
Lindsey and David – Kansas City, MO23 – 30 January 2010
We had such a nice relaxing time here. Exactly how vacation should be. The weather was perfect and it was great to unwind by the pool. We also discovered Thai Orchid has amazing Thai food! It is so fun to discover new things each time we come here. We already look forward to visiting again. Thank you so much for everything.
Follow the path to a little sandy beach by the Leeward Canal.
Sandy and Butch – Gardner, Kansas23 – 30 January 2010
We had such a relaxing week at your villa, we wanted for nothing. You have thought of everything. It is so beautiful here and the weather was great! The beaches are beautiful and the food is good. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!
Gregory and Malika – Pikesville, Maryland10 – 16 October 2009
Acacia is a lovely villa and we greatly enjoyed our stay. It’s the little things that we really appreciated like having the villa well stocked with all the essentials, especially the Gain washing powder (I am allergic to anything else). Everything was wonderful and we spent most of our time having lazy fun in the pool. We would recommend Acacia to anyone for a relaxing, private place in Turks & Caicos.
Acacia Villa guests have use of a dock should you wish to rent a boat during your stay.
Joe and Sue – Minneapolis, MN24 May 2009
This was a great way to start our new life together. We couldn’t have picked a better place to to spend our honeymoon. We were a little unlucky with the weather (rained everyday) but we made the most of it. Incredible restaurants! Grace’s Cottage was perfection in food, perfection in ambience. We would definitely stay at Acacia again! You were extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
Rocky and Tammy – Seattle, WA17 April 2009
This was the trip of a lifetime! We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with my brother and sister–in–law and we enjoyed every minute of it. We explored just about every inch of the Island and had wonderful meals out and some really great excursions. We would and will recommend this villa to anyone. It’s very nice, and having the privacy of your own pool and house was the only way to go. If and when we come back we plan to stay here again.
Jan and Earl – Reading, PA — Jenice and Bob – St. Louis, MO8 – 16 November 2008
Enjoyed our stay. Best villa we’ve inhabited on the islands. Has been thoughtfully well equipped and maintained. Thank you for your kind and gracious hospitality. It was a most enjoyable week.
Phillip, Janet, Katie & Tracey1 – 8 June 2008
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Acacia Villa, it had everything we needed to help us have a fantastic holiday. It’s our first time in the Turks & Caicos Islands and we have all had a really great time. Having our own pool made it even better, the villa was very private and very well maintained. We are so glad and lucky to have stayed in such a beautiful villa in a truly amazing place. We’d like to finish off by saying a big thank you And for making this holiday a dream come true.
Marcia & Phillip – Batavia, Illinois13 –20 April 2008
We truly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was so peaceful and relaxing, with all the amenities anyone could think of. The pool was the best! We enjoyed every afternoon relaxing in and around it, and the landscaping was so tastefully done. The beaches were great and the most beautiful we’ve seen on any of our vacations. The snorkeling was great too, especially in the Bight area. Dinners out were excellent. Our favorite was Yoshis. The villa was recommended by friends of ours and we will definitely pass on the good word to our friends. Thanks for your hospitality and we hope to return soon.
Laura and Mike – Ottawa, Ontario, Canada15 – 21 March 2008
The perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Very relaxing and quiet. It was great for our 12 year old son who went scuba diving twice... lucky boy. The beaches were fantastic and the water was a great temperature. It was great having breakfast and coffee outside. The restaurants were all very good, our favorite was Yoshis at the Saltmills. Best ever. All in all a great time for all and we’ll remember it always. Thanks for a great place to stay and relax.
