Acacia Villa is a small luxury vacation villa situated within the gated private residential community of Leeward on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The villa was completed in 2005 and built for the express purpose of short term vacation rental for the comfort and privacy of one or two couples. Acacia Villa is licensed by the Turks and Caicos Islands government. Acacia Villa has been rented to vacationers since 2005.
The property is walled and gated with a monitored security system in place. The property is one mile from beach accesses to Grace Bay Beach and about 3 miles to the Graceway Gourmet supermarket, multiple shopping and dining options. Acacia Villa property managers are on-island and available at all times.
