Newly built Acacia Villa was designed and created with holiday rental in mind. The vacation villa is situated facing east to catch the maximum tropical breeze, a large covered verandah overlooks the swimming pool for comfort in the cool shade or in the sun as you prefer.

The two queen size bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the vacation villa with en suite baths for your privacy. Each bedroom opens directly onto the verandah. Air-conditioning is an option. A maximum of four persons or two couples is intended.

The open living/dining great room features comfortable quality furnishings with a 42" Plasma TV. Cable TV and a library of DVD films are available. Bose CD player. Wireless internet access is free of charge, bring your laptop. The kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences should you decide to prepare meals in the comfort of your own vacation villa. Within a 5 minute walk (.2 miles) you will find the Nikki Beach Resort Restaurant open 24/7 for breakfast, lunch and dinner with 5-star service. Nikki Beach also offers a coffee shop and boutique.

At Leeward Marina you can book boating excursions to Iguana Island, snorkelling, fishing, eco-tour kayaking, a deserted beach drop-off or jump off to other island adventures. Just ask for advice on car rentals, restaurants, shopping, activities, etc.

Acacia Villa is situated in the residential resort community of Leeward, on Leeward Canal with a boat dock. The community lies at the northeastern end of Providenciales eleven miles from the international airport. Leeward Marina offers boating excursions and a restaurant, just a 5 minute walk from the vacation villa. Several public beach accesses are available to Grace Bay Beach. The closest is one mile away. The villa is on a paved road in a good location for jogging or biking.
